meeting well, as I am always nervous about presenting, particularly in front of new people. Alan and I got talking soon 
afterward and I learned that he was training outside of work in psychology and hypnotherapy.
 

Being someone who is very self-conscious, and admittedly often struggles with his own self-confidence, I took an interest in this and was more than happy to take the opportunity to speak with Alan. t takes a lot to admit to the outside world that you feel broken inside. To open up about habits which you know are destroying your quality of life. When you Wake up to the fact that your personality has changed to something you don’t like. I lost my self respect. The traumas of the past dominated my life and I played the victim card to justify my actions. I wanted to change. Something had to change. I didn’t know how to change until I found Alan. I explained all to him and he reassured me, from the get go. He allowed me to release the past, without reliving the negative emotions which I now know we’re trapped inside.  This was a big relief for me as I had become an emotional mess. This man changed my life. I have let go of the past, the old negative habits are gone. I smile from the inside out and have now found my inner peace.
